Jason Jenkins, P.E. CxA
Vice President
Vice President Jason Jenkins draws upon 15 years of broad engineering and management experience to guide reliatech's direction and daily operations. Mr. Jenkins has spent his career designing, building, maintaining and commissioning mechanical systems in some of the most demanding environments in the world. Prior to joining reliatech, Mr. Jenkins served as the Commissioning and Maintenance Manager for a new overseas embassy compound, where he was responsible for reviews of design, construction, and submittal documents; commissioning; developing and managing start up operations and maintenance; and the technical portion of the O&M bid phase. Previously, Mr. Jenkins worked for ExxonMobil, Intelsat, Consolidated Engineering Services (now EMCOR), and Parsons Brinckerhoff. Mr. Jenkins holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University.
Clint Summers, P.E.
Engineering Manager and Chief Electrical Engineer
Clint Summers joins reliatech from the Department of Defense, where he served as the Chief Electrical Power Engineer for the global mission of NSA. Mr. Summers has a Bachelors and Masters degree in Electrical Power Engineering from Virginia Tech. While at Virginia Tech, Mr. Summers conducted research in the areas of Power System Protection, Power System Reliability, and Digital Protective Relaying Algorithms. During that time Mr. Summers worked closely with industry partners such as American Electric Power (AEP) and Asea Brown Boveri (ABB). Mr. Summers also taught undergraduate classes including Power System Protection and Power System Operation and Control.
William Bowie
Senior Project Director
As Senior Project Director, William Bowie is responsible for all overseas and local construction projects for reliatech. Drawing upon over 40 years of project management experience, he provides expert construction support for and management of all reliatech construction staff, as well as serving as the lead estimator and scheduler. Prior to joining reliatech, he oversaw the construction of the worlds largest U.S. Embassy and served in project management roles at TUCON Construction Corporation, West Group Management LLP, and Smith Management Construction, Inc.
Bassem Soueidan, P.E.
General Manager, MENA Region
MENA Region General Manager Bassem Soueidan has amassed more than a quarter century of general and MEP contracting experience for large public and private sector projects worldwide. These include numerous prominent facilities in the National Capitol Region, including the National Gallery of Art, the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History, the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, and the Washington Monument as well as numerous projects let under Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACC) and similar IDIQ vehicles awarded by entities such as the United States Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) and the United States Army Corps of Engineers. Prior to joining reliatech, Mr. Soueidan served as President and General Manager for Grunley-Walsh Construction, where he was responsible for the execution of contracts with an aggregate value of $55 million annually. Mr. Soueidan holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from Drexel University and is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
