Mission critical consulting for new U.S. Embassy, Baghdad, Iraq

• reliatech was hired to conduct an accurate assessment of the new US Embassy compound in Baghdad prior to the O&M operator resuming responsibility for the site.
• reliatech worked with the O&M contractor and OBO Facility Management to outline any changes required in maintaining the systems.

We also:

• identified any major modifications needed to allow safe occupancy, as well as uninterrupted and efficient operations.
• participated in commissioning services and training to familiarize ourselves with all of the building and site systems.
• provided a detailed report identifying potential problems that could adversely affect the performance of the O&M contractor-as well as identified remedies and cost impact.
